NOTE: An error was found in the analyses for Maps #3 and #4 - the lot merger function was not incorporated and therefore the number of vacant substandard merged lots that meet the revised area is significantly less than shown on the mapping analysis. The maps remain available for reference purposes because the published memo has not been updated since the finding of the error. The error IS acknowledged on slide 14 of the Staff Presentation to the Ordinance Committee above. Please be aware that the error does not change staff's findings or recommendation, but reflects that the ordinance's impact will be more conservative than initially estimated.
