CAPER REPORT DRAFT
Community Development Block Grant
July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026
On September 25, 2026, the City of Cranston will file with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Boston Regional Office the CAPER report for the use of Community Development Block Grant Funds for the year beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.
The report contains the City’s description of its use of CDBG entitlement funds during the 12-month program year ending on June 30, 2026, and is filed in compliance with 24 CFR 91.250 regulations governing the Consolidated Planning process.
A draft of this report is available on September 2, 2026, for public examination at the office of the Department of Community Development, Pastore Youth Center, 155 Gansett Ave., Cranston, RI 02910, Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM. A copy of this report is also available on the City’s website at www.cranstonri.gov.
