FOR THE PURPOSE OF: Democrat and Republican Primaries to select Party Candidates for the November 3, 2026 General Election, wherein said Electors shall:

in each voting district give in their ballots as provided by law for the Democrat or Republican nominees to represent said parties for Senator in Congress for a six-year term and for Representative in Congress for the Second Congressional District of the State of Rhode Island for a two-year term; Democrat or Republican nominees to represent said party for Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, and General Treasurer for a four-year term; Democrat nominee to represent said party for Secretary of State for a four-year term; Democrat nominees to represent said party in the Rhode Island General Assembly in the Twenty-Sixth, Twenty-Seventh, Twenty-Eighth, and Thirty-First Senate Districts for a two-year term and the Fourteenth, Fifteenth, Sixteenth, Seventeenth, Eighteenth, Nineteenth, Twentieth, Forty-First, and Forty-Second Representative Districts for a two-year term; Republican nominees to represent said party in the Rhode Island General Assembly in the Fifteenth, Eighteenth, Forty-First, and Forty-Second Representative Districts for a two-year term; three Democratic nominees to represent said party for Cranston City Council – City Wide for a two-year term, and Democratic nominees for City Council for the First and Second Wards of the City for a two-year term; and shall elect a Democratic State Committeeman for the Fifteenth Representative District for a four-year term, and nine members to the Democratic Ward Committees for the First, Second, Third, Fourth, and Fifth Wards of the City for a two-year term.

EARLY VOTING NOTICE

Early Voting will take place at the Peter T. Pastore, Jr. Youth Center, located at 155 Gansett Ave., weekdays starting Thursday, August 20 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (closed on Monday, September 7 for Labor Day). Early voting ends at the 4 p.m. deadline on Tuesday, September 8. Early voting will additionally be open on Saturday, September 5, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Said election, as the law directs, shall be kept open from 7:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M. of the City of Cranston this 19th day of August A.D. 2026:
